Returns & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must first notify us by email.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

No signs of use

No mechanical damage

Complete set, including all accessories and components

Original packaging in undamaged condition

Properly secured for return shipping
Products that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the Customer at their expense or may be subject to a partial refund.
3. Return Procedure

Contact us by email to request a return.

Wait for approval and return instructions.

Ship the product according to the provided instructions.
We reserve the right to specify a return address that may differ from the original shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Method
Returns are accepted only through InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty).
We do not accept:

Courier returns
-
Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments
Packages sent using other delivery methods may not be collected.
5. Return Shipping Costs

The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (where applicable).
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after:

The returned package has been received.

The product has been inspected.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned item has been received and verified.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date the return is accepted.
7. Responsibility for Return Shipments
The Customer is fully responsible for:

Properly packaging the returned product.

Any damage that occurs during return transportation.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply to:

Products damaged by the Customer.
9. Claims & Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Your claim must include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
